What to Bring
You are welcome to bring along a picnic blanket and / or callapsible (camp style) chairs. You may bring snacks or sealed bottled water.

What NOT to Bring
Alcohol, soft drink, glassware, sharp knives, crockery. All bags will be inspected on arrival and any items unauthorised will be removed.

Please do not bring gazebos, cool cabanas or umbellas.

Food and Beverage
Food and beverages will be available to purchase during the concert. Alcohol may NOT be brought into the park. It can be purcahsed at the licenced bar. All alcohol must be consumed at the park. Patrons who are deemed to be intoxicated or are disrupting the performances will be asked to leave and will not be issued a refund. Food trucks will be onsite throughout the event to purchase food.

Weather
The Sunset Concert Series is an outdoor event and my be subject to adverse weather. The event will go ahead wherever possible and will only be cancelled should the park be deemed unsafe for the performers and partons.

Cancellations and Refunds
Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a performance night and acknowledge that tickets will not be refunded unless a session is officially cancelled prior to commencement by the event organiser.

Pass Outs
Please note that there will be NO PASS OUTS on the day of the concert.
